Moving towards a better workplace and a better world

The Future of Work is here! This drives the DBS’ Corporate Real Estate & Administration (CRESA) team to implement several initiatives to create conducive and forward-looking work spaces, while encouraging employees to contribute to a more sustainable world together. This involved conducting experiments, and using data and behavioural science concepts to create nudges that make eating and doing better more intuitive for employees.

Yet, cultural change takes time and often, communication is the most essential to educate and engage.

Recognising that internal communications also plays a key role in driving cultural change, Tate Anzur developed a holistic communications plan that involved creative and thumb-stopping digital communications, thought leadership positioning through articles and speaking opportunities, and securing industry recognition with awards to position DBS as the bellwether for being employee-centric, data and sustainability-driven in the areas of future of work, employee experience, and sustainable operations.
